Recently in 2022-2023, Mr. Stallone was able to obtain the following notable results for his clients:

• $3,000,000 – plaintiff who suffered from back injuries because of a collision with a work utility truck.
• $2,000,000 – plaintiff who suffered from neck injures because of a collision with a box truck.
• $1,850,000 – plaintiff who suffered from ankle injuries due to an incident at a loading dock.
• $1,750,000 – plaintiff who suffered from neck, back, shoulder, and tail bone injuries in accident with a semi-truck.
• $1,500,000 – plaintiff who suffered from neck, back, and shoulder injuries in two successive automobile accidents less than a month apart.
• $1,100,000 – plaintiff who suffered from ankle injuries who was extricated from vehicle after it was t-boned in an intersection.

Through his knowledge of litigating numerous high stakes cases where his clients were severely injured or unfortunately killed due to the negligence of others, Mr. Stallone gained the trial skills and expertise necessary to put injured victims in the best position to get the compensation they justly deserve. Mr. Stallone was born in Long Island, New York to Italian-American parents who come from hard working immigrants that believe it is only through determination and grit that you get what you deserve. He demonstrates those values in his law practice every day. Mr. Stallone graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, Mr. Stallone was able to achieve the highest grade in five of his classes and was given the Cali Book Award for each of those instances.

Mr. Stallone is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and its three federal districts.
