Joseph Stallone

Joseph Stallone is a partner and shareholder at Goldman & Daszkal. Mr. Stallone primarily handles cases involving automobile collisions, premises liability, product defects, wrongful death, and nursing home/medical negligence.

Before representing injured victims, Mr. Stallone practiced defense work at a prominent civil defense firm in the South Florida area. He successfully helped defend corporate clients and insurance companies in a broad array of personal injury cases. He now uses the knowledge and skill he developed working as a defense attorney to compensate the injured. During his career, Mr. Stallone has settled hundreds of cases and has tried many cases to verdict culminating in over $50,000,000.00 recovered for his clients. Mr. Stallone has litigated cases all over the State of Florida, as well as specially appearing in cases in various other states where his expertise was sought. Mr. Stallone was born in Long Island, New York to Italian-American parents who come from hard working immigrants that believe it is only through determination and grit that you get what you deserve. He demonstrates those values in his law practice every day. Mr. Stallone graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law where he graduated cum laude at the top of his class. During law school, Mr. Stallone was able to achieve the highest grade in five of his classes and was given the Cali Book Award for each of those instances.

Mr. Stallone is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and its three federal districts.
