PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Glenn Goldman is a founding partner at Goldman & Daszkal, P.A., a Florida personal injury law firm. After obtaining his law license in 1988, Mr. Goldman immediately began representing the rights of people injured in accidents due to the negligence or misdeeds of others. He focuses his practice exclusively on all types of injury cases, including automobile accidents, slips and falls faulty or defective products, and pharmacy error. In 1990 he and Alex Daszkal formed the law firm Goldman & Daszkal, P.A.

As an experienced and accomplished attorney, Mr. Goldman understands how difficult the process can be for people who have endured injuries and the disruption that can bring to their lives. He strives to treat each client as an individual, providing caring and personal legal representation. Through membership in several major trial lawyer groups, he strives to practice at the cutting edge of law.

Mr. Goldman has achieved favorable results for his clients in numerous cases in a variety of areas of personal injury law from boating accidents and motorcycle accidents to nursing home neglect. He works diligently to carefully analyze and evaluate each case and its unique facts and circumstances. He has amassed a portfolio of winning strategies over more than two decades of practice that he can apply in resolving cases. He prides himself on utilizing the individual features of each case to determine the best plan for achieving the maximum possible recovery for his clients.

Mr. Goldman received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1988 from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has been licensed to practice law in the state of Florida since 1988. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
